Background
In an increasingly competitive talent market, Amazon has an opportunity to attract and hire more of Earth’s best talent while increasing excitement and awareness of our innovative products by giving a device to every candidate that has been extended an offer. Today, we have a growing family of devices that make Amazon stand out in the technology sector. In order to help create a positive and unique candidate experience, Amazon should instate a “device drop” where candidates in offer stage would receive one of our signature devices, the Amazon Tap.
Deliverable
Tap Device in customized packaging ready to be delivered to front door of candidate. Finished package includes the device, device packaging, booklet with Employer Brand and Amazon messaging, and shipping container.
